Pat Collado, Broker Owner of Collado Real Estate, is well known for having a work ethic that is second to none. Pat is a graduate of Penn State University and holds a degree in Marketing and Business. About 35 years ago, Pat moved to Florida to direct management and sales of multi-unit residential and commercial properties and train salespeople throughout the state. Upon starting a family in 1989, she made New Smyrna Beach home because of its quaint small-town feel, perfect year-round weather, and close proximity to major airports. Soon after, Pat was introduced to the local real estate industry and earned her Florida Real Estate License in 1996. Her passion for real estate quickly grew, and over the last 20 years, she has worked tirelessly to make a name for herself as the top-producing agent in New Smyrna Beach. In 2005, Pat founded Collado Real Estate and has employed hundreds of agents and grown her business ever since.
